Takedown Policy
Last updated:
We respect artists, creators, brands, and other rights holders. If you believe something on Huebloom uses protected material without permission, please let us know and we will review it promptly.
How to Request a Review
The rights holder or an authorized representative may email contact@huebloom.art with the following information:
- Your full name and email address.
- A clear description of the original or protected work, plus a link or reference to it if available.
- The exact Huebloom URL or URLs containing the material you want us to review.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its representative, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature. Typing your name at the end of an email is sufficient.
You do not need to provide a copyright registration certificate or a license to ask us to review a concern. If you submit a request as an authorized representative and your authority is unclear, we may ask for reasonable confirmation.
What Happens Next
We will review the identified material and the information you provide. If the request appears valid, we will remove or disable the affected material. If something essential is missing or unclear, we may contact you for clarification. We will let you know the outcome.
Other Content Concerns
You may also report a privacy concern, inaccurate description, broken file, inappropriate material, or another issue through the Contact page. We review these messages case by case. Questions about permitted uses of Huebloom files are covered by the Licensing Policy.
